Happy New Year's

 May your 2026 be happy. May you be healthy. Here's to a year of possibilities. My weightlifting continues and the number of repetitions is fine. The weight itself is still not where I need it to be, but in time the number is going to be higher. 

I'm really glad my friend told me about weightlifting. Sports like swimming and tennis are a really good workout, but lifting is more convenient these days. I look forward to swimming soon. Weather may become nicer this week. Last week many were surprised by rain.

That's another good thing about lifting. If it's raining or snowing or too windy, it's easily doable.
