Happy Father's Day!
Today, June 15th, 2008 is Father's Day. Happy Father's Day to all the Fathers out there. Just an hour ago, I was watching the Lakers vs Celtics basketball game. Father Bill Walton smiled and looked so proud when his son, Laker Luke Walton scored. It was a very sweet sight.
And I think that Fathers are like that to their children. They're proud when their children get jobs, raises, promotions, graduate from school, have a nice relationship, and the list goes on. Even if they don't look like or act like they are, they may be very proud of their sons and daughters. Our Fathers often set the bar high for us to succeed, but they do so because they believe in their children 100%.
Happy Father's Day, Fathers. You certainly deserve it.
